Fractional Ownership

Fractional ownership is like a timeshare of a rental house; only this house can move locations. With this type of ownership, you use an RV without the considerable upfront cost, and you can get a more upscale coach than available through rental programs.

The RV fractional ownership arrangement sets up a Limited Liability Company (LLC) for 3 to 5 years. You can purchase one or more shares in a particular RV and use it for a set number of weeks per year. At the end of the 10 year term, the coach is sold, and the members of the LLC at that time split the proceeds. The LLC is there to protect each member if an accident occurs.
