While the cost of participation in a fractional ownership program can significantly reduce the cost of purchasing a Class A Motorhome on your own, there are still expenses to consider.

To participate in a fractional ownership program, each owner will have a one time payment of $60,000 per share. An LLC will be created and all share holders will be a member of the LLC.

When you sell your share of the RV, you will have the next owner pay the one time payment of $60,000 per share. Then the new owner will become a member of the LLC and the previous owner will be removed.
